The rain came in earnest today. No little drizzle. The mountain tops were shrouded in fog most of the day.
Classes went great. One class had a particularly satisfying vibe - everyone made progress on one point and left happy. Maybe it's because this is the middle day (we end on Saturday) and they're all settled in better. They've had a chance to see how much they're able to take advantage of with all of the inspiration around them.
One boy said he's practicing an hour a day to be able to keep up better with all of his classes and learn more.
This evening was the Guitar Community Get-together. All of the teachers and teacher-trainees.
Last news from today - my roommate left. She was here only on a three-day assignment and had to go. Now I have this big, two-bedroom condo to myself.
Faculty Recital is tomorrow afternoon. |
